‘’...At the outset, we had the same qualms that most people do when appointing a builder, but these were quickly waylaid by the professional and friendly manner of John Colin and the team. Its is interesting to note that at estimating stage they were the only builders to recognise and draw our attention to fact that we would require pylon Foundations which they alone costed into their quote...

 ..Although the weather was against them they never missed a day working hard...

..Believing that we would require the services of an outside specialist to install our fitted kitchen and bedroom we were pleasantly surprised when John and Colin provided us with a competitive quote to undertake this work too.
